All my friends: Without whom I don’t know, how to live life fortunately all are in place and in sync.
Weather: In my part of the world that is Nashik India, which is known for its weather, today is enhancing its beauty more than ever with the ongoing Monsoon.
Location: Chandon Winery A hidden gem, a vineyard facing a stunning hill as its front yard with the right monsoon the place seems just right.
Wines: Exceptional sparkling wines.
Nashik is today’s upcoming metro, also known as a pilgrimage city for the KUMBH MELA, held every four years, and has risen to fame as the ” Wine Capital” of India.

Climate (milieu)
Harnessing the most suitable climate it is home to many renowned wineries and some not so famous but home-grown wines.
At the foothills of the scattered Sahyadri, on a 21-acre picturesque hillside near Dindori amidst small hamlets CHANDON WINERY makes its mark with its red-tiled roof and semicircular building this is a great gateway for people who are fascinated by the Grapes and ” viticulture”.
Nashik & Grapes

An ethereal combination, Nashik is home to a variety of grapes.
You are always satisfied as everything about this fruit and the culture is heritage, culture, and glamour.
Connoisseurs travel from far and long to experience and conserve.

The wine tourism vertical is fast growing in Nashik, and a surge in tourists and wine lovers has risen faster than expected.
We are welcomed by an amiable host who takes us on a round in a classy facility with the History of ” Chandon depicted on its wall.

It’s a journey via beautiful paintings and the Tasting tour where the winemaker makes his point on his craft and the process.

We visit the vines that are growing in the yard well-manicured and labeled to understand their origin.
With a glass of wine in hand and an ongoing drizzle amidst nature &  friends, we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The Story

What l understand about ” Chandon in Nashik” is It all started with a man ” Count Robert Jean de Vogue” in 1957 when he said, ” We must export know-how and not bottles”.
The Wine Bar & merchandise is a luxurious shopping experience for some of the finest Wines.

Dining Experience
As we make ourselves comfortable on the comfy sofas to check the food menu with the two sparkling wines the home produces “  ROSE & T BRUT, served with cheese boards, crackers, and dried fruits like apricots and prunes. The Sweet & savory dining experience with the wines is a tapestry of flavor and culture.
